Xander is a reversible woven fabric with a beautifully textured pattern and a wonderful sense of depth. Originally designed for a project by Virginia in a Shaker meeting house, it was created for a wide mezzanine curtain that could screen a space while remaining attractive from both sides. Its colourways draw inspiration from the surrounding landscape, from mossy woodland and pale skies to the deep blue of a swimming pool beneath tall pine trees. Named after Virginia’s nephew Xander, the fabric has a quiet, natural character that reflects the setting that inspired it. Woven in England from 55% RWS wool and 45% cotton, Xander is particularly suited to curtains and cushions. Designed by: Virginia White
