Virginia White Collection ships orders within the UK and internationally. Delivery arrangements and charges vary depending on the type of order and destination.
Collection Orders
Orders for our main collection of printed fabrics, woven fabrics and wallpapers are placed directly with Virginia White Collection or through one of our international showrooms.
Shipping costs, delivery arrangements and estimated lead times will be confirmed when your order is placed.
For international orders, freight charges and applicable duties, taxes and customs fees will depend on the destination and agreed delivery terms. These will be confirmed as applicable as part of the ordering process.

Samples
Samples can be ordered directly through our website for delivery within the UK and internationally.
UK: Delivery is complimentary for orders of up to 5 samples. Delivery charges for larger sample orders are calculated at checkout.
International: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout according to the destination and number of samples ordered.
International sample deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs or handling charges. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the delivery charge paid at checkout.
USA: Delivery charges for samples sent to the United States are calculated at checkout according to the number of samples ordered.
Samples are sent using a duties-paid postal service, so any applicable import duties and customs charges are handled by Virginia White Collection and will not be charged to the recipient on delivery.
Studio Sale
Studio Sale items can be purchased directly through our website for UK delivery only.
UK delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size of the order.
For international Studio Sale orders, please contact sales@virginiawhitecollection.com for a shipping quote. International orders may be subject to an administration fee, freight charges and applicable duties and taxes. These will be confirmed as applicable before the order is processed.
Dispatch & Delivery
Where an item is held in stock, orders are prepared and dispatched from our UK warehouse. Fabric will be supplied as one continuous length wherever possible.
Delivery times vary according to the product, destination and shipping method. Any estimated dispatch or delivery times provided are estimates only.
