Inspired by the vast breadth and calm beauty of the Hudson River, Hudson captures the broad bands of water, sky and shoreline seen on Virginia’s many journeys from Manhattan to Upstate New York. The design has a confident graphic quality, with a subtle nod to the bold yet refined colour compositions of American artist Ellsworth Kelly, who was based in Chatham, New York. Its carefully considered colourways sit beautifully alongside other fabrics in the collection, including Robin’s Egg, Oleanda, Zig Zag and Matchstick. Woven in England from 100% RCS cotton, Hudson has a crisp, fresh handle and is well suited to upholstery, cushions and curtains. Designed by: Virginia White
