Archive Fabrics

Archive fabrics are sold by the metre, cut to order and are end-of-line.

Due to the nature of archive stock, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless goods are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your fabric arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Please do not cut or use the fabric during this time, as this may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Note: Our fabrics are made from natural fibres. As a result, slight variations in weave, colour, texture, or the presence of slubs may occur between batches. These characteristics are inherent to natural materials and are not considered faults, and therefore are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Where a fault is confirmed, return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed by us. Original shipping charges are otherwise non-refundable.
