Zig Zag is a design I discovered in an archive, and which I felt is reminiscent of the Op Art movement, which features designs that are disorientating on the eye and produce movement in colour and motif. In this fabric the striking pattern amidst such a consistent design evokes a similarly destabilising effect, which is especially fun with the bold and bright colours.
